Shipping Methods
Frantoio Galatea ships throughout Italy and to major European countries through carefully selected express couriers, ensuring the highest level of care in handling and delivering products. Every order is packaged using suitable protective materials to safeguard the bottles during transit, ensuring that the extra virgin olive oil arrives in perfect condition. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, customers will receive a confirmation email containing the information needed to track their shipment.
Delivery Times
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:
Italy: 2–5 business days
European Union countries: 5–10 business days
Other international destinations: delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please note that during holidays, peak seasons, or exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of the order.
For orders above a specified amount, Frantoio Galatea may offer free shipping, where expressly indicated on the website. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees displayed at checkout.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the products, without providing any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication by email or any other clear means expressing their decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Returning Products
After notifying their decision to withdraw, the Customer must return the products within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notice. Products should be returned to the following address:

Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, properly packed to prevent damage during transit. Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the cost of returning the products is the responsibility of the Customer.
Refunds
Once the returned products have been received and their condition has been verified, Frantoio Galatea will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. The refund may be withheld until the products have been received or until the Customer provides proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
The refund will include the purchase price of the returned products and, where applicable, the standard shipping costs paid for the initial delivery. Any additional costs resulting from the Customer choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered at checkout will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
